Our pork comes from selected farms. We’ve been working with producers in a relationship of trust for years and they value tradition, short distances from supplier to consumer and quality rather than quantity.
In addition to the usual cuts, we also offer specialities from Ibérico pigs. The blackfoot Spanish pig enjoys an animal-friendly free-range environment and semi-wild rooting around in the oak groves in his home in southern Spain.
The acorns that he loves give the flesh an exceptional flavour.
The ham from Ibérico pigs is world famous.
