Our in-house butcher operation


For years, we've been jointing selected heifer beef at our company for the “Fleischmeister” range. We are able to guarantee consistently high quality and are happy to meet customer requirements as well as offering individual cuts.


We are especially proud on our own Dry Aged process. In this process, developed by us, handpicked roast beef is aged on the bone in an optimum micro-climate on certified beech wood chips for more than 20 days. The best pieces are available as our premium Jan Bull range.
