In addition to classic beef imported from South America and southern Africa, one of our main skills is preparing beef heifer cuts. Heifer joints selected from the region and Poland are jointed and packaged at our Hamburg plant every day.
We are especially proud of our Dry Aged process. In this process, developed by us, handpicked roast beef is aged on the bone in an optimum micro-climate on certified beech wood chips for more than 20 days.
The best pieces are available as our premium Jan Bull range.
In order to offer you a wide selection of products, our range is rounded off by very fresh lamb, veal, pork and selected poultry specialities.
